What Are The Home Remedies To Cure Anemia?
Topic: Anemia
Anemia is a kind of disorder in which the person does not have sufficient red blood cells (RBCs) in order to carry required oxygen to the body tissues. RBCs carry oxygen to cells. Thousands of cells are eradicated on daily basis and are regenerated equal or more in numbers by the human body. Regular nourishment of the cells is needed in order to stay healthy and regenerate in a quick manner. This results in healthier and stronger body organs which also includes bones and muscles.

Home Remedies To Cure AnemiaThough there are many of its forms, the most common cause of anemia is lack of blood (iron). Its other forms are lack of vitamin B12 and folate. It can be a temporary or long lasting issue and it ranges from mild to moderate to severe case. Iron plays a vital role for the production of hemoglobin (a protein that helps supply of oxygen throughout the body tissues with the help of red blood cells). So without the proper amount of iron in body, one can suffer from anemia. Anemia or iron deficiency is becoming now the most common issue these days influencing women and children the most. Intestinal bleeding, women suffering from irregular heavy menstrual cycle and pregnant women are at largest risk for lacking iron.

Anemia - signs and symptoms:

Lacking iron initially usually go unnoticed but if the body lacks it consistently then there are common signs and symptoms including headache, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest pain, pale skin, coldness in your hands and feet, weakness, and fatigue; unusual cravings for non-food related things ice, starch, paint, or dirt; brittle nails; cracks inside mouth; soreness of the tongue; enlarged spleen, frequent infections; RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome); black stools.

Among toddlers and children, common symptoms include poor appetite; retarded growth, development, and behavior; lead poisoning and infections.

If someone lacks the hemoglobin carrying red blood cells, the heart needs to work harder so as to move oxygen rich blood throughout the body. This leads to irregular heartbeats that can be heard and may cause heart failure later.

Home remedies to cure anemia:

Diet: Certain  iron supplement that contribute to home remedies for anemia cure that are iron rich include beans, seafood, dark leafy greens (spinach, watercress, etc.), poultry, red meat, pork, dried fruits (raisins, apricots, etc.), iron fortified cereals, breads and pastas; and peas.

Supplements: Feroplex capsules are the best herbal remedies to cure anemia that help to recover from iron deficiency. Lesser iron causes lesser production of red blood cells and hence the oxygen holding capability of blood is minimized. So, the cells are not nourished properly. Lack of nourishment enables the cells to die at a much higher rate and slows down its reproduction. This is a very quick process and retards down the strength, stamina and energy of the body. It also hinders the other functioning of the body and causes severe fatigue. At this point, the body becomes prone to many diseases because of such a reduced immunity. Feroplex natural iron supplements are strongly advised to people suffering from anemia and also those people who always want to stay healthy and energetic; and those at certain age (above 30) who should take iron supplements preventing its scarcity in advance.
